Full history, examination and occupational assessment of fitness to work in particular employment with report AS Required:
Bloods
Spirometry
Audiogram
ECG
24 hour Bp Monitor
24HR Holter Monitor
Drug urinary testing
Occupational medical assessments including assessments of fitness to work in relation to work absences.
Includes full assessment and opinion on:
Likely return date to Work
Residual Disability on return to Work: Permanent / Temporary
Will Employee be able to render regular and efficient service.
Will Individual require continual Treatment or Medication on return to work.
Full vaccination service for work and travel. Fees for vaccines available on request.
